The inevitable

I wonder how many pillows
Have swallowed all of my tears
Cushioned their sweet landing
Help fight away the fears
I solemnly do beg
For forgiveness from them all
But you see
Sometimes it’s just inevitable
To stop streams of salt from free fall.

Completely natural to shed away any deep down pain. Once you let go, you start to become free. So, I say, have that conversation with that feather packed sack. Personally, I just cuddle with my pillow. I like to have my arms wrapped around it just to be able to say everything will be alright.
