Spaces between the lines
Leave the rooms empty
Yet a thousand times.
Been looking through some of your stuff. I really like this one. It’s short but hints at so much. But also, the ones tagged ‘Observations On a Metro’ I am especially impressed with. You should do more like that, relating what you see in a poetic way. It’s different to your more personal poems, I know, but they are good. A poetess’s sense of Sweden.
Thanks a million Andy! Your feedback is highly appreciated 🙂 I’m sure Paris will give its fair share of people watching and inspiration. There are some more nature inspired poems coming up but I’ll keep your comment in mind for September (the big move will take place
Then 🙂 )
Not just the people but the place, everything that comes into the view of your inner eye. A trick is writing down what you see, then re-writing it in a more poetic way, replacing some of the wording and phrasing without losing that initial inspiration. But you don’t need any hints from me-you are doing fine on your own. I look forward to September then 🙂
I love hints, tips & tricks! Everything to spark creativity. Your comments and feedback always put a smile on my face. I’m glad we’ve made this connection in the blogosphere 🙂
Me too. In the twenty first century the whole world is our neighbour. Can you be a bit quieter when you put the cat out please.
