The traveler

Where’d you go Mr. Passenger
Your look seems so forlorn
Did you leave some baggage behind you
Or was the flight simply too long
We welcome you to our destination
Call it home for a couple of days
Don’t worry about your sorrows
They’ll be gone by the end of your stay
And should you feel the need
To relieve the pressure off your chest
Feel free to access the rooftop
Just scream and forget the rest.

A wonderful read. It reminded me of a piece I posted here a while ago called Traveling Light. Hope to see more of your work.
